Full payment is required prior to shipment of orders. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for custom wreath, easels, or sign orders. Hand made items only ship within the United States via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on which is the most cost effective. Supply items ship within 1-2 days.
Note: Custom Wreath Décor is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged, a case will be filed through the United States Postal Service, or carrier in which the item was shipped and Etsy. Additionally, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct. We can only ship to the address we are given. If packages are returned as undeliverable, it is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to pay reshipping fees.
Refused packages will not be accepted back without permission. If a package is refused, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact our shop and inform us of the reason. If the shipment included damaged, the buyer must contact our staff with pictures supporting this evidence. If the shipment was refused due to monies owed to the postal service, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping overages. We are not responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

If a buyer wishes to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase.
Due to the nature of the business, we do not accept refunds for orders (including wreaths, hand painted signs, supply items (ribbon, mesh, accessories, etc.).
If a shop error occurred, you must contact us within 1 day of receipt with photos (we do not accept exchanges beyond 1 day of receipt. No exceptions!). Shop errors include: receiving the wrong item, size, or color. It is then that an exchange will take place. We will send a shipping label via email to return the item. Item(s) must be returned within 2 days and after full inspection. Opened or tampered items will not be accepted. Meaning, all returned items must be returned in the same condition as received! If the item is damaged, used, opened or has been tampered with, the refund will be refused! A refund will only be issued when that particular product is no longer available.
Images of handmade items are posted on our webpage. If requesting a custom item, images will be sent for approval prior to shipment. If a particular item or design is requested (retro, new, etc.), it is the buyers responsibility to communicate with our shop at the time of purchase.
If your item was received damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and box so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We use the most cost effective shipping method when shipping items! Typically we ship via USPS First Class Mail for items weighing under 1 pound and USPS Priority Mail for items weighing over 1 pound. However, in certain instances we may ship via USPS Parcel Mail (2-9 days), FedEx or UPS.
Yes, we do! We use USPS when shipping on Saturdays!
All sales are final; however, in the event that an item is shipped incorrectly, we do process exchanges. If the item is out of stock, we do process refunds. All custom made items, including wreath and easel purchases are final. If you received a damaged easel part, we will ship replacement parts.
Most items ship next day. If the item is a special request item, it may take 3-5 business days to ship. Custom made wreaths and easels ship within 10 business. Ready to ship wreaths typically ship the next day.
We recommend displaying your wreath under a covered area to protect against the outdoor elements. Although deco mesh wreaths are waterproof, having them under a covered area extends the life and protects against fading, etc.
When storing your wreath during the off season, we recommend storing it in a cool dry place and in a protective container. The corrugated box used to ship your wreath serves as good storage.
Keep in mind the box may flatten ribbons and will require fluffing prior to use.

We also take requests for custom wreaths! Simply contact us and let us you know what you are wanting and we will make it! Prior to shipment we will send pictures of your custom order for your approval.

Yes, it is! Currently, we only carry wired ribbon as it is the easiest to reshape.
